Situation
A distribution company can already track vehicles. What it cannot see is the delay that matters this morning, and who should act. The data sits in three tools. The decision sits in someone’s head.
We would build one operational screen and the small services behind it. Alerts would be rare on purpose. The manager’s view and the data it depends on would be specified together.
